PASADENA APARTMENTS

Cardinal Capital Management acquired the existing property that would later become Pasadena Apartments in November 2012. This existing property consisted of three parcels, of which Lot 1 contained two four-unit multi-family buildings of masonry construction, Lot 2 and 3 each contained one eight-unit building of studio apartments. Cardinal Capital Management combined all three lots, maintaining the buildings on Lot 1, demolishing the studio apartments on Lots 2 and 3, and constructed a new 24-unit multifamily building on Lots 2 and 3. The building is 4 stories: the first floor consists of 24 stalls of covered parking at grade and the building’s lobby. Floors 2-4 consist of 24 apartment units. The exterior of the building utilizes native limestone, two complimentary brick selections, copper, aluminum clad wood windows, and iron/steel balconies and railings.  

Pasadena offers six spacious, one-bedroom plus den apartments and eighteen one-bedroom apartments with amenities beyond the ordinary: Juliet balconies, heated garage parking, energy efficient heating and cooling with heat included in the rent, dishwashers, and Bosch in-unit washer and dryers. Beautifully designed interiors include stainless steel appliances, tile floored bathrooms, and maple cabinets.
